- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not give a quote unless I physically come and Evaluate the potential Work Site. Many times Access impacts the Work Price. I have found it is much better to talk with the Client at their Work Site and discuss their Expectations. Then there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to my customer's need, then ask to see the area where the work is to be performed. I do not give "Blind Quotes." I meet with the Customer and listen closely to what they want, then ask related questions. I can generally give the Customer a Price Quote on the Spot. The Exceptions to that are if I have to buy materials in an area that I am not familiar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 40 years of Experience in Construction Related Work. If I am not familiar with a task or a work practice, I know others who do know, and am not afraid to ask.
