- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Up-Front pricing. You will know before any work has begun, what the total price will be once the job has finished. There are no hidden fees, taxes or additional charges added once the estimate has been approved. We do offer Military Discounts, First Responder Discounts and Senior Citizen Discounts at the time of the estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to build a relationship with our clients or as we call, our Turner On Family Members. Before we get down to what it is that you called us about, we want to learn more about our family members on a personal level. This helps us determine key points of information that will help us provide you with the best solutions possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Here at Turner On Services, we offer Electrical and HVAC mechanical solutions. All of our technicians go through rigorous annual trainings to stay up to date on the latest and greatest technology in the industries. This allows us to provide you with the best solution possible at the time of the visit. Combined, we have over 50 years of electrical experience and 50 years of heating and air experience.
