FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know people before starting and get a feel for what they're looking for. I always want to ensure I'm giving the customer exactly what they want, so communication in the early stages is important. Typically, I'll send several messages back and forth asking questions about the project. Once I have a good idea of what they want, I'll come out and assess the job in person. Then, we can move on from there.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father was a brick mason, so I grew up watching him renovate and fix our homes during my childhood. After I got older, I bought my own house, and he taught me everything he knew. I enjoyed the work, so I continued working on small projects here and there until deciding to start my own business.
