I hired Bed Bug Solutions Cincinnati to treat my parents house. They do a very good job going over preparation for the extermination. Very knowledgeable when it comes to treating this type of pest. Since the treatment, my parents have not seen any bugs yet. We’re hoping when Bed Bug Solutions come back during theorbfollo

Bed Bug Solutions Cincinnati is a family-owned business, and Jen and Mark (and their sister-in-law) are very personable--indeed, they actually FELT like family in the care they took with my elderly parents' home. In spite of a severe infestation, they managed to preserve my parents' important family belongings, including irreplaceable heirlooms, photographs/art prints, lifetime souvenirs, and other personal valuables, as well as some not-so-important ones. The staff of Bed Bug Solutions Cincinnati are much more than mere exterminators. Admittedly, their fee was a bit painful, at first glance, but all three of them worked very, very hard and did excellent work. Now, after the initial job is done, I can confidently say that, in my opinion, they absolutely earned their entire fee. I hope I never have to see them, again, professionally, but they're the sort of people I would love to count among my friends! Thanks, guys. I loved the fact that they made me feel comfortable with them in my home. Not like a major exterminator where you have the vibe that you did something wrong. I would recommend these guys to anyone with a bed bug issue!

Highly recommended. The personnel of Bed Bug Solutions Cincinnati did an excellent job of exterminating and eliminating the pest problem in our residence. The personnel (Mark and Jen Winter) were very professional as well as personable in dealing with the particular problem we had with a temporary, somewhat infestation-like problem we had encountered with these pesky but persistent insects. I had originally brought a few of these insects home inadvertently after a short term stay in a hospital, and the professional services of Mark and Jen has eliminated them from our household. Mark and Jen were also able and willing to give their expertise and advice as how to protect belonging and furniture and household goods to prevent and avoid any problems with infestation in the future. Again, highly recommended for any problems you may have with insects in your residence.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the job and the home or space being treated. We do not have staggered pricing, we price out the job so you know what your total cost will be. We do not charge per visit like most pest control companies!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call is the first step in our process. Many times we are able to get enough information about your situation that we are able to give you a free estimate over the phone. If you have been dealing with a bed bug infestation for more than 6 months, we may need to schedule a free bed bug inspection to put together a bed bug treatment plan!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly doing continuing education to keep our license up to date. Since we focus solely on bed bugs, we are able to research the best products on the market that are designed solely to exterminate bed bugs!
