- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe my price structure is fair and constant. I will always have a conversation about your project and what your concerns are and your budget. If your budget is realistic we will make it happen.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always a conversation. Getting the Who, What, When, Where, Why and How covered. I always try to exceed expectations. I take the work I do very seriously and always give it 💯%.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I come from a family of builders! 15 Years working for the largest home entertainment company in the world.
