Sudal was one of the best photographers I have worked with if not the best. He was very professional, came early and even stayed late. I will be using him again for my services if I need photos again. He went beyond our expectations. He respected our culture and was very patient with us. Had a really great shoot to bring in my daughters 10th birthday! I wanted the pictures to reflect the theme of her party (winter wonderland) and Zach did exactly that. I had no idea of locations but he was prompt and knowledgeable about the options he sent the day of our first conversation. He made my daughter feel comfortable which is a plus and we were also able to take pictures with her. It was definitely worth the frostbite lol jk...we laughed, had a good time and the photo turnaround was great as well. Thanks Zach!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I intend to price as average. I think it’s hard to find a good photographer for a good price. I love how I’m new here so I’m giving clients an expensive opportunity for cheaper. Like a diamond in the rough. I’m flexible as well as long as it’s fair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact. Schedule. Phone call because I like actually talking with my clients. Like a person not as a number. Meet. Photoshoot & have fun. Deliver pictures & be open to an revisions. They leave review to make my day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have real world experience. I believe nothing beats real world experience. You can watch YouTube videos (which I have), or read books (like I have), but if you don’t take action and implement your techniques in the real world, you could go to all of the photography classes and learn nothing.
