Where to start?? Well, in April I was 247lbs and tubby, tired, and fed up!! I started with S-fit in May, 2025, and here I am 90 days later, a lean, confident 189 lbs. not only did I reach my goal, but John helped me surpass it…. Exceedingly!!! He was there, in the mud with me, always had great advice for the off days, but through proper diet, exercise, rest, and hands down the most genuine motivation….
