- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All estimates are free of charge. Service visits are invoiced from the office the next day following the service date. Installation charges are invoiced the next day following completion of installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer reaches out to our company through Thumbtack or directly through a website or Google listing. For most service visits, an appointment is made with the office at the time of the phone call. For estimates relating to service and or installation, an appointment or discussion with the owner is preferred.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
