FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am upfront and honest with my pricing, most jobs are flat fee pricing. Some Jobs are hourly pricing. Some jobs you start and find other things that need to be taken care of those are extra charges but all this is relayed to the customer always and is in the provided estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Setting up the estimate always come first, after that we have a formal estimate in person where I see the project and determine steps to take to get it done while also evaluating what it will cost materials wise, and labor wise. After this I take down the customers email and send them an estimate that I run through my estimate software. Once customer approves my estimate a start date is set.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
