We are a family business. My husband has been installing windows for major companies for over 15 years, so we decided to start this business with the hopes of spending more time together as a family. We are able to provide beautiful work at a fair price because we are not a corporation. You will deal with the owners from start to finish because we do all of our own work. We love working together as a family and we enjoy the work that we do. We also love to see our customers happy with the service we provide.

Tim was amazing. Came out very quickly after initial conversations. Didn’t waste three hours of my day, giving me the whole song and dance of the other bigger companies. He was very efficient with sizing everything and giving me a very good price. Once we ordered some of the windows, his guys were out and got the work done very well and very quickly. He will definitely be getting all of my business moving forward. Light years better his competitors.

Installers were messy. Dragged mud up an down the stairs to the basement. Months later, still finding globs of cement on stuff beneath the windows. Also, should have rescheduled for a less windy day. There are speckles of dirt all through the caulk. But, hey... No leaks! (so far).

First Glass was great to work with! Our old patio door was in sad shape. We got estimates from 3 companies, and Tim & Alyssa provided estimates for both Polaris (made in Ohio) and Pella. We went with Polaris patio door - Anthony & Michael expertly removed our old door and put in our beautiful new 3 panel with screen door in one afternoon. Perfect clean up afterwards. Would highly recommend this company - thanks to all!!
