John did a fence for me since our dogs kept getting out of the old one, the way the previous owner had it put together was not very sturdy and just screwed them into the ground.
Because we didn’t have the option to bury the posts with concrete around them since the area was already paved, it required custom metal braces to be welded and screwed into the ground with concrete screws. This project took longer than we originally thought (as they all do) however John was committed to getting it done, maintained a positive attitude no matter the challenges that came up and was patient in explaining everything going on making sure we understood.
Costs were very transparent and he was even out there until almost midnight one day to get it completed before the rain so we didn’t have to go without a gate.
The overall cost of the fence was much lower than it would have been if we went to a commercial company and it has held up wonderfully. Will definitely be using him for some of our reno projects in the future!
