Johnny and Team were quick to return my request for service and showed up almost immediately to help me with a water extraction. They were professional and so understanding about what I was going through after I flooded my house. He was friendly and explained the process thoroughly to me, ensuring that I did not have any questions or concerns prior to him leaving for the day. Throughout the week he touched base with me and when he arrived to retrieve the equipment, he double checked the areas to make sure that everything was dry and back to normal. I am so grateful that I contacted Johnny when the flood occurred. He truly made a difference in my day with his knowledge and customer care! I would recommend this company 10/10!

I wish I could give 10 stars! Imagine a flooded home with water up your knees. Then imagine it all gone and completely dry within a few days. This company will take care of you!
