We hired Al to wallpaper a wall in our dining room with a metallic pattern. He did an excellent job. Al was prompt in replying, showed up when he said he would, and completed the job in the timely manner. I showed the work to a coworker and she immediately asked for his contact information for a job at her home.

Very professional and patient. When he first arrived we realized I needed to order more paper. He was quick to reschedule me back in as soon as my wallpaper arrived. What I was quoted was exactly what the invoice amount was. I also appreciatd that he didn’t charge a ridiculous minimum, as my project was very small.

I base my pricing on an estimate of hourly labor plus materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After being contacted by the client , and discussing the details of the project, I will travel to the site and give a free written estimate, if requested. If the client decides to use me, I will schedule the job at the next available slot on the calander.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 28 years experience in wallpapering and painting work. I've worked on everything from rental apartments, to multi million dollar homes,to commercial office buildings.
