- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is done on a job by job basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the customer calls or emails we set up a time to come out for an estimate for any type of repairs. If the customer needs a chimney sweep or inspection a price is given over the phone or through email and then a day is scheduled for service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Thompson Chimney Services only uses in house employees, never subcontractors. Our employees are highly trained in every aspect of chimney repair. Our mason's have over 75 years combined experience.
