I needed help swapping out a utility sink in my laundry room and Bill was fantastic! He responded very quickly to my inquiry with a time he could come out. I needed two visits because I didn’t have the new sink yet and needed to clean and paint the wall space and he was very flexible with dates and times based on sink delivery. The install was quick and efficient even with having to cut space into the floor of the cabinet for the pipes. He left the area clean and triple checked for any leaks before he left. Prices were very reasonable. We will be calling Bill again for plumbing projects!

We are very pleased with the work Bill has done for us! He initially fixed a leaking pipe and installed an access panel in our bathroom. we brought him back to help us install a new kitchen faucet and reconnect our garbage disposal after getting a new sink. I had to call a plumber to assist with my DIY project as I needed my main water pipe updated and the new vanity pipes connected properly. Advised of ETA and called to let me know all that he needed to do. He also noticed the toilet running by itself and fixed that as well. I saw it when I was in town, but after working on the DIY project, I ran out of time and needed to return to my home out of state. He worked with me and trusted me to pay him without returning to OH. So grateful and I will use him again soon.
