Bill is fantastic! It was an absolute pleasure meeting and engaging with him. As he began to assess our concern, he shared that, if things could be repaired that is what he would do before considering alternatives. Always kept me informed from beginning to end and educated me along the way as to what he was doing and why. He took his time and didn't rush. He was personable and professional and just overall engaging. From a value standpoint, He is very fair and worth every cent.
