- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pretty straight forward. In construction everything is itemized by a piece, sq or linear footage. Just figure out pricing and markup overhead etc n there u go estimate is ready.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is introduce my self, listen to request,evulate with my knowledge , educate them on possible situations and figure out the best possible way to get the job done. Also provide them with a professional estimate
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a carpenter I come fully experience in my field with 16 plus years of experience. Most of my education/training came from older master carpenters who been in the field for 35 plus years. Took small courses worked with the trade unions and a few high end companies. Most of all I am true to myself and therefore be true to you.
