Update, after my original review i was contacted by Elite. After explaining the situation, a technician was immediately sent out. The tech was able to adjust the door, and it is much better.

The new Lift Master is quiet and doing the job nicely. We had some hiccups with the wall mount however he was able to use another wall mount until a later date. I cannot say enough about Elite!. He was open, honest and upfront detailing our situation and answering all our questions. He is definitely an employee that promotes the company well. I would highly recommend his work any day, anytime.

My button on the garage wall would not work. Tech was here an hour early and had new wire run to the opener. It was all fixed in about 15 minutes. Then he quickly lubed up the spring and adjusted the opener buttons before he left.

One of the springs on our garage door had broken and I could not open the door by hand. Within an hour, I received a message that the technician was on his way to my home. Upon his arrival, he quickly surveyed the situation and then expertly dismantled the old system and installed the new springs. Happy with the service
