I had an unresolved rodent issue in my home where a decomposing squirrel was left in my dryer vent hose following an attempt to resolve the matter by my landlord and an another professional a couple of weeks ago. I took a chance and reached out on Memorial Day, received a response within a couple of hours, and was scheduled for the following day. From the moment Chris reached out, he demonstrated care and concern regarding my experience and was clear and complete in his communications. He included me in establishing next steps given that the hose needed to be discarded as he didn’t want to assume that I wanted to keep it, although he would have been right to assume given the presence of maggots. He made sure there were no maggots that entered my actual dryer, instructed me on how to replace the hose since I didn’t have an extra one available, and educated me on how long the smell would take to dissipate. Thank you Chris for your responsiveness and thoroughness in addressing my needs. This squirrel situation has really messed with my mental over the last month and I’m glad to know that it has finally been resolved.

Chris with Mantis was terrific to work with. I heard squirrel sounds in my wall and he came out SAME-DAY to assess the situation, do a walk-around my home, and provided an estimate. He set traps, and came to check them each day. If I reported to him something was caught, he would come to empty the trap ASAP so the animal didn’t suffer. Chris was a joy to work with and a terrific professional. He got my squirrel problem remedied, and for that I’m grateful. Would recommend him for any pest control needs you have!

Moving into a new home and was noticing a lot of dead bugs around which made me nervous. They came out the next day and were super thorough and took time to explain everything. I also asked about termite treatment and after inspection we talked about options.
