- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive with other custom wood companies. All materials and all labor are included in the estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk or text on the phone to get a general idea, next we can set up a date to come out to your property to get details and measurements or you can provide by email or text the measurements yourself with a picture of what you are looking for or similar to your needs. We are Bespoke Carpenters so you have full control of the design of what cabinets, shelving and entertainment units, etc. exactly your way! I definitely can give you ideas, my opinion, and expertise to guide you. Next we will get started on your project in my shop after purchasing materials, then install at you property. I will be very transparent and professional during the whole process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some college experience. I actually learned Carpentry from previous employers since I was 15 years old.
