Court recovered a corrupted hard drive that I was told couldn't be saved. He was prompt, courteous and professional and kept me in the loop during the entire procedure. He actually had to run to town to get some parts due to the age of my HD and didn't charge me any extra beside what he quoted me. Court is a rarity in the IT field: honest, reliable and the kind of person that has actual technical knowledge in what he does. In my circle, I'm the "PC guy" that my friends and family turn to for help, so I'm hesitant to hire out the services of someone who probably doesn't know any more than I do. Court makes full use of his Engineering degree and possesses a knowledge about computers that transcend anything a shade-tree IT hack like myself could muster up. Bottom line: he had the lowest quote in the bunch of estimates I received, the best ratings, and the quickest turnaround time. He exceeded all expectations. My entire bill was 75.00- the same thing some of the guys want to charge just to diagnose the problem and a fraction of what I was quoted to recover 150 gigs of data.
