Me and my Team are capable of handling most any crawlspace or basement related project, from insulation, waterproofing and egress window installations, to wall rebuilds, floor joist repair and even main support beams and posts. Pro Crawlspace Repair helped us waterproof our basement and crawl space and they did a fantastic job. Not only did they explain what they were doing every step of the way, but they put genuine time and effort to do the best job possible. We asked for so many quotes and Pro Crawlspace was the only company that really worked with us to make sure we were working within our price range, while not sacrificing the quality of their work. I had a hard time finding reliable contractors and had been severely ripped off, HOWEVER Matt from Pro crawl space repair came to my home assessed no the situation with my on a cas foundation gave me a more that fair estimate, I hired him, he was punctual, professional, every clean, reliable and even went above and beyond by fixing a few other things that he found was wrong, He even recommended a very good contractor to help with the refinishing If I could give 10 stars I would Thanks Matt and the pro crawl space repair team!

we offer free inzoections for homeowners only. We are very experienced working with potential home buyers, but we do charge a $150 inspection fee. This fee will be applied as a credit to future work if you decide to purchase the home.

When we come to your house, our first priority is to listen. Once we understand your needs and concerns, we will thoroughly evaluate your home and present you with our findings and recommendations, and then work with you to help craft a solution that fits your needs and budget.
