Repair/replacement of deteriorated asphalt driveway. Milanos Team were great to work with. Responsive from estimate, inspection, recommendations and project work. Even came back when I had a minor clean up issue and made it right.

The Milanos team did a fantastic job of patching, repairing and seal coating my asphalt driveway. Driveway had lots of cracks and a few big holes to be filled. It looks like new! They delivered with a high quality job and cleaned up well after completion. I definitely would recommend them for future work!

Vincent came out the same day for an estimate. Let me know everything that was wrong. Showed up on time the next morning and repaired the leak. We had a huge thunderstorm the next day and not a drop of water came through. I couldn't be any happier with the service.

Patched holes in garage roof and reinforced support beams inside garage. The guys showed up on time and were courteous and clear in describing their work. The roof patching seems great; we had a huge storm the next day, and there were no leaks. The price for the patching was fair, based on other quotes. The interior work was sufficient but underwhelming. They nailed up a couple of support beams. It appeared that the work took maybe 30 minutes. They charged $450 for this. I told them I was desperate to get the job done, so I couldn't protest the price. Overall, I'm pretty pleased, but I felt a bit taken advantage of on the interior part of the job, which I'd estimate was worth maybe $150. If you need patchwork on a roof, you can count on Vincent and his crew.
