I am writing this review to help others in the future. We hired this company to cater our wedding reception and it was a horrible experience. The taste testing went well and we were very impressed but it wasn’t what was provided at our wedding. The quality, quantity, and pricing were terrible. The chicken was over cooked and hard to chew, the pasta was shredding in the pan, the appetizers were drastically shrunk in size, there was not enough salad as we ran out, and all of the hot foods were cold when served. We got our plates first and my meal was completely cold. We were highly disappointed. The salad contained foods on the allergy list discussed with Debbie all through the process, which could have severely injured guests if not noticed. Additionally, the cutlery and plating were to be provided and they were not, which resulted in a last minute run to the store 30 minutes into town, $200, and caused the dinner to run an hour behind of schedule. Half of the guests in attendance left half way through our reception due to the food being cold and not having enough to serve everyone. When the caterers were asked to serve the food they had major attitudes and acted unprofessionally as they slammed food on my guests plates. I received several comments from the guests on how rude they were and almost knocking plates out of their hands from the force of food being flung. Their performance ruined our wedding. Due to the food being cold upon serving, we did have the 2 trays of brussel sprouts, chicken, and potatoes left over. The caterers did not leave lids for the tins and all of the food had to be thrown out. It was a complete waste of food and money. Finally, we agreed to $30/plate and we’re charged $50/plate, and when we reached out to Debbie to discuss the performance and a refund, she didn’t address any of our concerns nor did she refund us the $2,600 due to us. I would not recommend this caterer at all. I had read great reviews on her and based on the tasting, felt she was a great fit and would work out. What was sold was not what was received. Due to lack of communication from this vendor and unwillingness to provide the refund when the obligation wasn’t fulfilled along with the quality and quantity is why I would strongly encourage you to look for someone else. I don't even know where to start.. Chef Debbie is Amazing!!! 1. Planning with Debbie was easy and stress free. I threw out some ideas and she executed the rest. She was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. 2. I hosted a baby shower at home for myself, everything was fresh and made to order (including homemade white French dressing 🥹) right in my own kitchen and on display for guests to see. Every item was a HIT 🎯 especially the mini potato skins and pan seared scallops. (Don't have many pictures of food because we DEVOURED it lol) 3. Chef Debbie is an extremely clean cook. Washing her hands and dishes in between food prep and cooking. This was noticeable and appreciated by me and all guests. 4. Most importantly, Chef was an absolute pleasure. Very personable, funny, and just delightful. I am still receiving phone calls from guests about how comfortable and relatable Chef Debbie was. There is no doubt about it, any events I have going forward I know who to call.
