Hi, my name is Eric and we are Foodies Eatery Catering! What is a Foodie? A Fooder is someone that understands the science of great cooking. That science being that no matter what the day brings, what changes in life that may occur, a great meal made with love solves everything! Food that speaks to the soul, heals the heart, and that is what propels us to create the kind of food that pleases the masses. We are a 15yr. old company that caters to a broad range of businesses as well as families. Some of those businesses are The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Merrrill Lynch, and FOX Sports to name a few. We have recently added an addition to the family, and that is Lemonade Friends! We acquired a 14ft. Inflatable lemonade stand that serves fresh squeezed lemonade, nachos, dogs, burgers, tacos, but all with a Fooder's twist added. Never thought about catering my sons party with a hot dog cart until ,I met Eruc of sharp catering. Not only great tasting hot dogs but he also had burgers for the kids . Will be booking him for my daughters graduation party 2016

Late on both times I requested and one of the dishes had to be replaced due to it being spoiled somehow. Possibly made with sour milk. The price was readjusted, but half my staff missed out on this item. The rest of the food was very good. However, it seemed that we had a lot of the cheaper food (I.E.-salad, bread, baked beans)to make and limited meats, etc... I had to actually run out and pick up additional food from the grocery store.Also, when more pop was requested for over 60 people and only 5 2 liters were bought I was given back $5 and it became my problem. Lyle is a very nice guy, but this seemed like more than he could handle. When I look up a catering company I expect a professional appearance. Not someone showing up with a 6 year old to deliver the food. Good price, but you get what you pay for.

Hello Chris, I am sorry to hear of your experience with our company. We pride ourselves on one thing and one thing alone, and that is great customer service with all of our clients. At the time, we were severely understaffed but in no way should you have had to experience poor service. We are currently fully staffed, and have totally revamped our menu including keeping a few of our customer favorites! It is very simple to understand our pricing structure.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with new and returning customers is to make sure that simply what they need and want, we provide! We want our customers to place their orders with confidence knowing that we will do all of the work while they relax and get catered to.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I indeed do! I have a fellow vendor who has shown and continue to show me through the ropes. There is always more to learn with every customer experience, so we stay ready with our ears open.
