Would highly recommend this company and most of all Vlad! He was punctual, polite and fixed our cooktop! We had been working with another company on this since September but were not getting anywhere. After reading some reviews we chose to reach out to Appliance Repair Parma and what do you know, this sweet young man came and fixed it the same day we contacted them!!

I was having an issue with my Whirlpool washer and Vlad was able to come out within a few hours to investigate the problem. He identified the problem and was back in one day with the necessary part and was able to correct the issue quickly. Vlad was very responsive, punctual, and professional. I would highly recommend him for appliance service!

Vladislav was very professional and courteous. He arrived early for the appointment and was extremely helpful. He diagnosed my issue with my washing machine right away. He even explained what was going on with my washing machine and why it was giving me issues. I had to reach out to him to coordinate a different time, and he was very easy to work with with the scheduling. I cannot recommend these repair services enough. Five star service with a smile goes a long way. If you are on the fence and debating if you should book this professional. Do not hesitate Vladislav is the real deal. Thank you again!!!!
