- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everyone is given a menu based upon their style of service. Prices varies based on customers menu selections and number of guest. We keep our prices fair and reasonable for our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients are given a selection of menus to choose from based on their needs. We get to know more about our customers through a brief questionnaire. We learn more about the event and special dietary needs and/or allergies. The most important thing is to make sure we make the food at their event the talk of the night.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently have a degree from Le Cordon Bleu. I have over 10 years experience working in the restaurant industry doing catering and private cooking.
