Collin was on time and clearly knowledgeable about our dishwasher problem. His troubleshooting and repair took less than 1/2 hour. Cordial and professional. Collin is the best contractor I have done business with. He is honest, well mannered, very fair with pricing and beyond knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing. Not too often do you have a job done well and feel as if you've made a lifetime connection as well. I will be referring him to family and friends as well as coworkers. Collin was professional and courteous . He fit me in at the end of Friday and completed the job perfectly. Price was extremely fair and reasonable for faucet replacement . I will be using him for other plumbing jobs that i cannot mange myself! I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs!

While Collin was responsive and made the requested repair, he broke a water line in the process and charged me to repair the line as well with no offer to discount it since he broke it. Obviously I had to have him complete the second repair since I couldn't afford to be without water and/or find someone else to do the additional repair. He did not show me the "broken" parts before or after the repair. He claimed the line could have been broken by anyone sooner or later and I was lucky it happened while he was there to fix it. In addition to the parts I willingly paid for, I also paid for a pair of gloves he bought and then did not use. I went with him because he had a perfect rating. I would not use him again.
