Our water heater was leaking, and A-Z Plumbing & Drain came out incredibly promptly. I requested the earliest possible window that day, and Brandon was at my door at 8am sharp. Brandon assessed the problem, determined we needed a new water heater as the tank had rotted out in the old one, and had the entire job completed by 11am - under 3 hours end to end. Brandon was knowledgeable, explained to me what went wrong with the old heater and steps to take with the new one to maybe mitigate that. Pricing was also good. I researched the brand and model of the water heater they installed, and the price I was charged by A-Z was right in line with what I was seeing elsewhere. All in all, phenomenal experience with A-Z this morning, and I will be calling them again!

We had a fantastic experience with Jonathan. His communication was very professional, timely and appreciated! He was able to come early to the appointment which was also much appreciated. Jonathan repaired connections from under the bathroom sink to a toilet connection for a seat bidet. All work was done efficiently and I will request John’s services when needed again. Very happy with A-Z Plumbing. Ryan came in, unclogged my drain, and even cleaned up the area afterwards (I’ve had other companies plumber’s come in and after they’re done they pack up and leave with a huge mess for me to clean up). I would highly recommend A-Z Plumbing and plan on using them again in the future.

We offer flat rate pricing BEFORE we start the job!

We come out, usually within the same day, offer free estimates and upfront pricing, and normally, as long as we can get parts and materials for the job, we can start the job on the same day.

We have been licensed in the State of Ohio since 2006 and participate in continuing education every year since then. We also have State of Ohio certified Backflow testers, Boiler (Commercial Hot Water Tank) Installers, and are licensed to work on Underground Fire Mains.
