- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I bill at $50/hour and that includes both on-site photography and post editing and processing. I also charge a one-time booking fee of $50. After you have had the chance to review the photos I will send the invoice based on the amount in the agreement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know my customers is critical in understanding their needs. Once we are both on the same page as far as what is wanted we can explore more details surrounding the shoot. After the details are set I will draft up a Photography Services Agreement between us. This agreement outlines the services rendered, expected delivery, and total fees. If there are any questions I am always happy to help clarify along the process.
