- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You get what you pay for. I try to be as fair as possible to keep my customers happy and build a continual relationship. Pricing is flexible and depends on the square footage or home/facility. It also depends on services you’re requesting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call right away to discuss their wants/needs and hopefully turning it in to a long term relationship built on trust and friendship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Quality Engineer by trade and 7 years of cleaning and organization.
