What an absolutely great experience! I was really dreading the process of getting our basement flooring done. From beginning to end they were on top of everything. The presentation from the start was really impressive. John’s knowledge and expertise was on show. He helped us with picking out the flooring and walked through our basement to explain what they would be doing. On top of really knowing his stuff they were on time and exceeded every expectation we had. I cannot recommend Kidd Flooring enough. We are going back to them for ALL future flooring projects. The team at Kidd Flooring exceeded our expectations. From the beginning, the process was professional and clear. John was great and provided a detailed, clear quote that was accurate. And they provided an actual agreement to sign which I appreciated. Amanda provided constant communication during the project. The installers were kind, professional and skilled. This project was not easy. It’s a 150 year old house with uneven floors and not-so-good subfloors under the gross carpet that was removed. The end result is fantastic. I’m hoping I can update this review in a couple weeks when the interior of the house has been painted, which will really show off their great flooring work.

It has been such an amazing experience working with Kidd flooring! The owner John is a good, professional, and honest man and has a wonderful team of hardworking men! We had them install LVP in the main floor of our home along with baseboards and the work is impeccable. They were quick but careful and very quick to respond. Very affordable prices in todays economy as well. My husband and I miscalculated and ended up short on material and put them a little behind schedule but they were so kind and patient with us throughout the whole process. I can’t praise their work and work ethic enough!

The team did a great job! From the time we initially reached out to the floor being completed, the team was courteous, prompt, and always made sure that what they were doing work at a high quality. The team kept the job site clean/free of clutter and cleaned up as they finished each day. The result was beautiful and we are so happy with the job done.
