I leave a lot of reviews because I use/read a lot of reviews. I believe they can be very helpful for us consumers in making the right decisions based on our expectations and budgets. This review is one of my favorites. Kidd Flooring has been exceptional from the start. 1. The initial consultation consisted of brining flooring samples to our house to visualize the project. Others wanted us to come to their showroom or warehouse to pick it out. 2. The quote was done in my living room at time of consultation. I didn’t have to wait until I went and picked flooring or they added up the figures. 3. The quote included pulling up and putting back down my base boards to give the floor the luxury appearance like it’s been there forever. Everyone else quoted me with quarter round to cover the floating gaps. 4. Installation was well communicated and professional. Dre and Logan were at the house everyday at 7:30 and made sure all of our questions were answered and expectations met. They even worked around our many interruptions with other contractors and deliveries. I know this was a little long, but I truly can’t express how happy we are with the floors. John Kidd and his team have met & exceeded our expectations for our home. Final Note: They were the best priced as well among 5 different quotes. Thank You Kidd Flooring

John and team did a great job…We timed our project around a trip we had planned and the team was able to complete while we were out of town. We had a screen done on our landings and floor (which is at the 5 year mark) and we had our stairs redone (27 of them). The project took a total of 3 days and the results looked great…The first pic is a before and after, the other 2 are the completed floor and flight of stairs.
