Leroy responded quickly to my request for a carpet installer. My installation date was initially vague but he was flexible and accommodating until the date was pinned down. The day of installation it was discovered that Big Bob's had actually re-sold the carpet Leroy was there to pick up, leaving he and his partner waiting over an hour while I addressed the situation. Ultimately different carpet was laid, and despite the morning delay Leroy and his partner did a great job. I'm very pleased with the final results and would recommend 1st Class Carpet Service.
