Jeff installed over the range microwave. Arrived on time and was honest that there was a mixup and what appliance was to be installed. Admitted he had never installed this type of microwave before but was willing to try if I wanted. He was able to get it installed without fanfare. Two brothers and fiancé said they would do it, but sometimes you just want things done by a professional. :)
