I can't say enough about the positive experience I had with this company from the initial phone call through final installation. The person who answered my call was polite, attentive, and empathetic to the fact that my furnace had gone out in the middle of the winter. She got someone scheduled to come out that day and take a look and then worked to get me scheduled in a timely manner once it was determined that I needed a new system. I also appreciate that I was not pressured to buy the most expensive high-end system or add unneccessary items. I explained that I didn't plan to live in this home long term and it was suggested to put in a nice quality and completely appropriate system but not one of the top-of-the-line ones that I would still be paying on after selling my home. Every one of the employees I encountered treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. I was told more than once that if I experienced any issues at all to call them and they would be out as soon as possible. The tech who installed my new furnace also took the time to reprogram my existing thermostat so I didn't have to do that. Again, I can't say enough about this company. I will recommend them again and again and while I hope I won't need to use them in the future, I certainly won't hesitate to call them if I do. Call them--you will not be disappointed!

Lane, the technician from Quality, came to my residence to complete a maintenance check on our older A/C unit. He was honest; showed me visuals of the minor problem and didnt try to sell me something we didnt need. He was quick too - so I could go on with my busy day.

These guys are a solid choice for HVAC repairs. I called them on Friday at 5 PM, and by Saturday at noon, I had air-conditioning back. Michael, our tech, was polite, knowledgeable, and didnt try to upsell us.

Well worth the service fee $68.00 to get the water presser for the house taken care of.Adjustable with service call and Cincinnati Waterworks Dept came out too.Thanks to Qualify Home Service recommendations to have them check out too.. being taken care of
