- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Booking fee must be paid before your date will be saved in my calendar. The booking fee is always 50% of the final session fee. It can be paid through Paypal, Cash App, and venmo.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here's a rundown of my process. - During the initial phone call or email, we will set up a date, time and location for your shoot. - During the phone meeting, we will go over the date, location and time of the photography session. A 50% deposit to hold your booking. emailing of my photography contract. - Day of session. Depending on the three packages that you have chosen during the meeting, the session will last between 1 hour to 2 hours. - Edits will be delivered within 10 business days of the session. week of editing will ensue. You can choose to receive your final edits by Flash Drive, or by Dropbox during our initial meeting. - An exit email will be sent, any questions, concerns, or extra copies can be discussed then, along with a review of your session.
