- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept cash, personal checks and all major credit cards. 50% of the package price is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to portrait sessions and 30 days prior to weddings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact us by phone or email to book an appointment for a free consultation. The photo shoot will generally take place two weeks to a month after that, depending on your schedule, our availability and how much planning is involved. We may consider a last minute booking on a case-by-case basis but do not guarantee our availability. We are generally available Monday-Saturday morning and afternoon, but with enough notice we can work with your schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been shooting professionally for almost 10 years now. My experience is based on a culmination of professional photography workshops, seminars, and professional memberships.
