Todd is excellent. He worked on my subzero fridge that is pushing 40 years old and fixed all of the issues. He is super knowledgeable, efficient, and a delight to deal with. The compressor on my 7 year old LG refrigerator stopped working. Needless to say I wasn't happy. When I mention LG Compressor to several repair persons that I called they said "nope" not interested. Todd on the other hand said, I'll get the new compressor for you from LG and be out day after tomorrow. He sent me a text saying he got the part and set up the time for the repair. He called the day of the repair to confirm the time he would be out out. He then later called to say he was on the way and arrived right on time. The repair took about 3 hours. It would have taken less time if all Todd did was replace the compressor, but he also replaced other parts that he said could cause the new compressor to stop working prematurely. I'm a retired Engineer so needless to say I was interested in the all aspects of the repair. Todd was very patient with my numerous questions about the repair and what parts did what. Once the repair was done and Todd turn the refrigerator on, I couldn't believe how quiet it was. Even when it was new it wasn't that quiet. I highly recommend Todd!
