- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every customer and every home are unique to their own. With so many different product options and, customers individuality, it is very difficult to have a standard pricing system. We usually will offer 3 different prices with 3 grades of product. This allows you to look at quality product options and make an educated decision. Also to help you stay within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving a call from a new customer we will try to set an appointment to meet with you at the job site. This is important so that we have a full understanding of what you the customer are looking to accomplish and also to discuss the many different material options. The idea is to establish a budget and a time frame for completion. Once you have selected your products we will prepare your estimate on site and discuss options. Once a firm price has been agreed on we will immediately send all information to our production department. All order materials will be ordered. permits pulled, and an install date will be given. This is usually within 1 week from the time the agreement is made. Home owner is notified of the start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
