- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer and professional has to be on the same page with pay and work to be done. Also we require a 10% non refundable deposit for all services that is also included in the final price of your service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First impression is the best impression Just getting the feel of what they want done and how . Be specific of exactly what you need done as far as rooms and bathrooms. Ex) Move out cleaning : everything must be moved out if not let us know in advance so that we can price accordingly.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Both of our families have been in the cleaning business for years. We have decided to start our own. We take pride in this cleaning business and we know that it is mandatory to clean regularly and thoroughly to keep germs away and to maintain a healthy environment.
