I called Waterbird because I needed someone to change all four filters on my RO system and I wanted to be sure it was someone who was familiar with the system. Chase called the day before to ask if there was a particular time that was best for me during the window that we had chosen. I received a picture of Chase on the day of the appointment so that I knew who would be coming to my house. He came and quickly replaced all four filters and a section of line that was leaking in about half an hour. My system is 18 years old so I thought he might want to sell me a whole new system, but he said as long as its maintained It may last indefinitely. Chase was very efficient and friendly and I highly recommend him and his company.

It was time to purchase a new Water softener system. I had 3 companies that I had come to my home and provide quotes. Waterbird was the #1 choice for my new water softener system. Many reasons for this purchase. Amazing Customer Service, Product quality, Knowledge of company's products, and got a clear understand of exactly what I was looking for. Chase took the time to understand what I was looking for in the new water softerner. Tested my water and immediately got me setup in early January. I am very happy with my new Water Bird Water softener system.

Had another company come out with their softener system very bad experience ! Chase with water bird home solutions came out put their system in alleviated all the problems fast installation very pleased with working with Chase and his company !
