What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge based on square footage and package. I have 3 packages. Gold, Bronze, and Silver. As always, i am willing to customize a package for you based on your needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet prior to the day of arrival to clean your home and do a walk through. I want to hear about your home and expectations regarding your cleaning needs. I like to go over a cleaning and product check list to make sure each client is getting the best work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a stay at home mom who homeschooled. I obsesses over my home so thought why not get out, meet new people while helping lighten their load. Prior to having children of my own i was a live in nanny caring for children while doing house chores and keeping up with daily task.
