Sarah was one of a few photographers I reached out to about a surprise engagement shoot. I felt comfortable with her right away! We met at the spot I selected a week prior and she guided me through exactly where she’d be and when. It was a public park with a great view. The day of the engagement she went nice and early to assure my spot was open! The engagement went off without a hitch and she caught every moment! Still waiting for all the photos but she got us ten great ones not even 24 hours after the fact! Highly recommended and thank you so much Sarah!

Where do I even start? Sarah exceeded all expectations for this surprise engagement photography project. I have never hired a photographer before, so I took my time researching. After seeing her previous work and reviews, she was a no-brainer. I proposed to my now-fiancée, Kelly, at Vincent William Winery in Madison, OH and she covered every single base. I gave her a general idea of where I wanted it to take place and for it to happen around sunset on the beach portion of the winery. She took a trip to the winery ahead of time, made contact with the manager and scoped out a perfect hidden location where she wouldn’t be seen. She gave me tips ahead of time, like 8:15pm being the perfect time for lighting, where I should propose on the beach, and which way I would be facing to get Kelly’s reaction. She even had me give a signal to let her know it was about to happen (giving Kelly a hug). After the proposal, she came right to us and took so many more pictures on the beach. She is genuine, kind, and I could instantly tell how much passion she has for photography and for her client’s happiness. She provided a sneak-peek within 24 hours of the shoot, and the rest of the photos to be sent several days later. I will 100% use her again. I communicated with Sarah via phone and text since I live in a different state, and when I finally met her right after the proposal, I could see how happy she was for us total strangers. Amazing work from an amazing person. ❤️

Sarah is clear about what she needs which is helpful with expectations. When selecting photographers when I was basically blind as to their work, Sarah was the only one to ask what I wanted. While I think she could be more flexible with timing since people do a lot to prepare for photographs, she maintains solid professionalism.
