With 24 years of experience and satisfied customers, 90 percent of our business comes from repeat customers and heating contractor referrals. We are equipped and experienced to clean, homes, offices, schools, and hospitals. Our equipment is state of the art and our employees thoroughly trained to clean and sanitize your heating/cooling system safely and effectively. We have cleaned over 14,000 homes since 1997. Our focus is HVAC cleaning. We are not a carpet cleaner that also dos air ducts. We price our projects based on the way we do our work and to meet the high standards set by the National Air Duct Cleaners Associations.

THE Clear Vent COMPANY is great! Gary, the owner, is fantastic! He understands the stress of a home owner and business owner looking for a reliable contractor. I didn’t know Gary before he and his crew cleaned our home vents but, I was so impressed with the work that I had him clean the vents at my business too. Since then we have developed a friendship, so when it came to our basement remodel, we asked him to handle that job too-it’s perfect! AFTER....the basement remodel job I had outside water damage that was COMPLETELY unrelated to the work they performed, I called him and he came out -Immediately - to help dry the affected areas out and then his crew made the necessary repairs to restore the basement to the living space that we can enjoy. I was only allowed to choose 3 of the 5 options for what I like about his company but, honestly-I would have chosen all 5... they are that good. * They are ABSOLUTELY my FIRST call, if Clear Vent cannot handle my issue, he knows someone who can. *
