- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we Talk to are customers about Pricing we give Free Estimates and always like to come out and look at all projects and interduse are self so are customers feel comfortable and confident about the work that we would discuss at time of Estimate so we can explain the problems and walk them through the project we always love to make sure are customers know exactly what work we would be performing and the cost of materials and labor cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a date and time that is convenient to come out and personally meet our customers while we would like to be able to meet each and everyone of our customers we do understand that everyone is busy. So it is not always necessary for our customers to be home for there free estimate. Most estimates can be done by a quick walk around the customers outside of the property. We then can leave a written estimate for you to view at a later time or we can call you with the information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 25 years experience in providing Gutter Installation and Cleaning's and Repair needs, pressure washing,, and roof cleaning Roofing and Repairs We take pride in the safety of our employees and our customers that is why we follow all safety and OSHA guidelines. Our customer and employee's safety is our top priority we are Fully insured and bonded and Guarantee all of are work 100 percent.
