- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our clients should know that PKC Custom Painting will offer fair and competitive pricing. Each project is different and prices vary by each project. Some projects can much more difficult then others. We provide a very detailed and thought out proposal. We don’t hide or slide things in the on the proposal. We also have $0 dollar deposit for every residential painting project. Commercial projects require a 15% - 20% deposit. We don’t charge for estimates either.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything starts with that initial phone call, text or email. We start by picking a date and time that works best for you, that allows me to come out and look at your project. You as the client will show me exactly what you want done and what your vision is for the finished the project. I will grab some measurements and then generate you a proposal. I typically have all proposals back same day or next business day. I will typically follow up with you 24-48 hours after the proposal is sent and make sure you don’t have any questions. If you decide to move forward with us, I have you sign and date the proposal and email back to me. Then we will get you on the schedule. We typically try and schedule everyone within a two weeks window from receiving the signed proposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been around the painting business for most of my life. I was a GM for another paint company prior to opening my own business. I have years of experience and my guys do as well. I worked for my father’s painting business growing up as well.
