FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based off square footage. We line item everything. Doors, trim, gutter, main body of home. Each scope will have line item and price. Then total price for the complete job at the bottom of the estimate . We also take into effect how many stores the house is. What kind of peaks are we dealing with. How difficult is the job. We look at every thing to ensure we give you the correct price the first time. Interior pricing is also square footage price. We also line item different scopes out as well. One thing with me, I’m very open and transparent when it comes to our bids. I find my clients really like that and really builds that trust you as the homeowner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will schedule meeting to discuss your project. Then I will build your estimate based off what you asked for, free of course. The estimate will include exact details of the work being done. Example would be power washing entire home. What paint we plan to use and why we chose that option. How many coats will be applied. Details in regard to our prep and what is expected. Once you had time to look everything over we can schedule follow up call and discuss. If you decide to move forward we require 15-20% deposit to get on the schedule. Once we start the job I stay in contact with the homeowner throughout the entire process. Final payment is due after myself and the homeowner sign off on the check list.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been around the painting business for most of my life. I was a GM for another paint company prior to opening my own business. I have years of experience and my guys do as well.
