Ray was extremely professional while helping resolve the issue with my boiler. Once he figured out the issue he explained what needed to be done and when it could be done. From start to finish he kept me updated with the status of the parts, when order was placed and when it would come in. Even after the job was done he reached out to make sure that things were still going well. Took some time to show us some boiler maintenance tricks to a make sure it runs efficiently. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others or reach out if I need another job done.
