- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m very fair as I will give every first time customer the 30 min rate for the first 60 minutes. It’s important they know that I know it’s not easy asking for help . If it didn’t work out I know at least I was fair from the beginning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I like to confirm and strengthen their concepts. Discuss what may seem obvious but is hardly discussed in context. Common sense is very inspirational!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hundreds of hours of experience and continuing education!
