Their response was received in less then 10 minutes even though it was after 9 p.m. when I contacged them. The tech said he could be here the Next Day ! Wow that was FAST (and unexpected). I set up an appointment for 3 PM he was right on time, took off his Shoes (European Custom) so he didnt track anything into the house and got to work and cleared the jam in a few minutes pulling the bits and pieces and clumps of jammer paper out of the rollers. When he was sure thinhs were clear he saw an error message concerning the scanner and had to re connect the cables that I disturbed on my self repair that didn't do squat. Total professional and knez exactly what he had to do. I am Totally Impressed by this tech and HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone needing printer or computer repairs to contact XYLO. I was also pleased about the price I was charged especially since it took over a hour and 15 minutes to complete the repair which was as quote and less then 1/2 of the other quote. 5 STARS aren't enough.
