I bought a pool from Joe in early July, It is now July 29th and the pool is complete including the patio. I requested the pool to be backfilled in stone so there would be no settling. I agreed to pay the additional fees to have stone brought in and leveled. Joes guys started on July 14th, the pool was completed the 15th with the water going in and backfilled. The Mason that was scheduled came out to my home on the 21st to go over my requirements. It was framed and poured on July 25th. My family absolutely love our new investment. If I could upload a pic of my pool I would. If in the market for a swimming pool, give Joe a call, I believe you will be more than satisfied.

I just came across this web site, I did not know I could review my experience with Joes Pools. Well, to keep it short, I was very pleased with the overall experience. Joes was great to work with and he has an amazing foreman that will go over every detail in length to make sure you understand how to operate every accessory you chose. I cannot believe more people do not know about this company. He offered me 5 references, I called 3 of them and they all said the same thing, very pleased with the installation process and it was fairly quick. We ordered our pool late in August, and were swimming in the pool in Mid September. If I could add another star to this review I would. I will be referring Joe to all of my friends and neighbors. We just had a pool installed in webster NY and it is amazing, I cannot believe the attention to detail and the follow up that we had. I would highly recomend Joes Pools to anyone in and around the local area.

My Family had a pool installed by Joe in the Summer of 2013. We had a very good experience, from the day the installation was completed down to the day it was backfilled and Joe personally came over to go over how to operate the filter and new heat pump system. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking for a swimming pool.

I like to educate my customers on how a typical pool installation will go, especially when it comes to an in-ground swimming pool. There are so many details that sometimes get overlooked as a homeowner. 19

I have attended multiple Pool schools put on by the leading chemical manufacturer for swimming pools and hot tubs and still hold certifications for pool water chemistry.
